Edelweiss Bakery

Elevating an Established Coffee Program

Partner Since
June 2023
coffee per week
33 → 60 lbs

The challenge

Edelweiss Bakery had an established food and beverage program but wanted to elevate the quality and consistency of its coffee offerings. With existing equipment and a busy operation, they needed a partner who could help them make meaningful improvements without unnecessarily replacing their entire setup or disrupting daily service.

What we did

We worked closely with the Edelweiss team to select coffees that complemented their menu, evaluate their existing equipment, and identify opportunities for improvement. We helped source an upgraded espresso grinder, developed recommendations for their drip and espresso offerings, and assisted with brewing setup and the transition to Tapestry Coffee.

The result

Edelweiss switched to Tapestry in June 2023. In the first two months they ordered about 33 lbs a week. Today it’s around 60 lbs a week for their espresso, drip and decaf, which is nearly double where they started. When the coffee matches the pastries, people order more of it.

Beans & Boots

Building a Better Coffee Program From Day One

Partner Since
June 2025
Coffee per Week
~40 lbs/week

The challenge

As Beans & Boots prepared to open, they were building their coffee program from the ground up. They needed to navigate important decisions around espresso equipment, brewing methods, startup costs, and workflow while creating a beverage menu that would serve their customers and work efficiently for their team.

What we did

We helped the Beans & Boots team explore different approaches to their coffee program, including traditional and superautomatic espresso equipment. We provided equipment recommendations, connected them with trusted suppliers for purchasing, installation, and service, and helped select coffees for espresso, brewed coffee, decaf, and retail offerings. Our goal was to help them make informed decisions and build a coffee program suited to their business.

The result

Beans & Boots opened in June 2025 with a coffee program developed alongside Tapestry, from equipment recommendations and coffee selection to planning their beverage offerings. We continue supplying their coffee program today, including espresso, decaf, retail coffee bags, and chai concentrate. We've also developed a custom blend supporting the Farmington Police Department.

Let's Talk About Your Coffee Program

Built By People Who Run Coffee Shops

We're not just a roaster. We're coffee shop owners. And we built our wholesale program the way we wished someone had built one for us.

When we opened Tapestry, we weren't roasting yet. So we went looking for a wholesale coffee partner, someone who would actually show up, help us build our program, and care whether we succeeded. That experience shaped how we do wholesale today.

We know what it costs when your coffee isn't dialed in or your roaster doesn't call back. That's not how we operate.

What's included in our wholesale program:

Wholesale Coffee FAQs

Got questions? We’ve got answers!

How fresh is the coffee I am ordering for wholesale?

We roast to order, so your coffee is roasted and shipped or delivered within 1 to 3 business days. For espresso, we recommend letting it rest at least 5 days after roasting so it tastes balanced. Order a little ahead and keep a small backstock.

What days do you offer deliveries?

We deliver to local wholesale partners every Friday across the Twin Cities metro. We roast and ship orders Monday through Friday for everyone else.

Can I pickup my wholesale coffee order?

Absolutely! When checking out on the wholesale ordering portal, just select pick up. The coffee will be available for pick up at the Lakeville coffee shop, and you will be notified when it is ready for pick up.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope. Order what you need, when you need it.

Can you ship a wholesale coffee order?

Definitely! There are shipping rates based on the order size you are placing. All orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer cold brew?

We do. Check out our wholesale cold brew kegs.

Can I try your coffee first?

Yes. Request free samples and we'll send coffees picked for your setup.
