Is there a minimum order?
Nope. Order what you need, when you need it.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every Friday across the Twin Cities metro, and ship anywhere in the continental US Monday through Friday. Every order is roasted to order and ready in 1 to 3 business days.
How fresh is the coffee for espresso?
Everything is roasted to order. For espresso, we recommend letting it rest at least 5 days, so keep a small back stock on hand and order ahead.
Can you help us switch from our current roaster?
Yes. We'll send samples, help you dial in on your equipment, train your team and time your first order so the switch is smooth.
Do you offer barista training?
We do. Hands-on, in-person training and online courses, from espresso basics to milk steaming and latte art.
Can you help us open a new coffee shop?
Absolutely. We've opened our own cafés, and we can help with equipment, menu, bar layout and training. Here's how to start a coffee shop.
Do you offer cold brew?
We do. Cold brew and nitro kegs are an easy add for cafés.
