I love this well-balanced coffee. It is a premium treat for weekends. The tasting notes say "green grape," but I would call it wine-like acidity, and it is very very good. As with all Tapestry coffee, they roast it just before they ship it. I've ordered by mail twice after discovering the Anaerobic Washed Coffee in their shop. Quick delivery both times.
