Is there a minimum order?
Nope. Order what you need, when you need it.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every Friday across the Twin Cities metro, so your coffee shows up fresh before Sunday. We also ship anywhere in the continental US Monday through Friday.
How much coffee do we need for Sunday?
A good starting point is about 1 pound of coffee for every 40 to 50 cups. Tell us your attendance and how many services you run, and we'll help you figure out the right amount.
What coffee works best for a church?
Most churches love Loom, our smooth, crowd-pleasing medium roast, plus a decaf for the evening service or anyone avoiding caffeine. If your crowd likes it bold, Fringe is our dark roast.
Can you help with our coffee equipment?
Yes. We'll help you set brew recipes for the brewers you already have, or recommend equipment if you're upgrading.
What about a church café or coffee bar?
We can help with that too, from espresso equipment to training your volunteers. See our café program for more.
