Abstract was originally designed as our espresso blend! We use it at our coffee shops for all espresso drinks; however, it truly shines in almost any brew method. We would primarily recommend it for espresso, cold brew, or filtered coffee.
Loom was originally designed as our daily drip offering! It is great as a daily drinker coffee aka something you would sip on every day. We love it on any brewing method you prefer for a cup of coffee.
Fringe is our take on a dark roast, so we think it really shines as a brewed cup of coffee or espresso. The strong chocolate notes excel!

Brewing Guide
To get the best out of this coffee we always recommend this recipe as a stating point
- Brew with a 1:16 ratio (one gram of coffee to every 16 grams of water).
- Use water that is between 198 - 204 degrees Fahrenheit
- Adjust your grind for a 3-4 minute brew time. (The finer the grind, the longer it will take to brew)

Shipping Info
Your coffee subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as the original order. From there, we will roast your coffee to order and ship out the next day. You will then have your coffee within 48 hours to make sure you have coffee as fresh as possible!
Adjusting or Changing Your Subscription
You can change your coffee selection or bag size at any time by logging into your account or accessing your subscription through the confirmation emails.
If you are flying through your coffee too fast, you can upgrade the size you currently have with the link below. Typically, a 12 oz bag is well suited for one person drinking one cup of coffee 3-4 times per week. A 2 pound bag is great for 1-2 people that drink a cup of coffee almost every day. The 5 pound bag is typically for people that are either making their own cold brew, brewing a lot of espresso at home, or making daily coffee for 3+ people!
What size bag should I buy?
Great question! Ultimately, it just comes down to your coffee drinking rate, but we loosely recommend the following:
12 oz = Each bag brews approximately 2-3 cups per day for a week.
2 lb = Each bag brews approximately 2-3 cups per day for about 2-3 weeks.
5 lb = Each bag brews approximately 4-5 cups per day for about 3-4 weeks.
